Important Booking Information:

Arrival & Departure:

Your apartment is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. In case you are arriving earlier, please get in contact with us and we will check if the apartment is available earlier.

On departure day, the check-out time is 10 am at the latest.

Baby Cots:

All bedrooms include double beds. In case you are planning a family holiday with your baby, we will provide a baby cot for the duration of your stay (EUR 10 per stay).

Bike Stands:

All bikers can store their bikes at our sheltered bike stands.

E-charging stations
Depending on availability, our guests have 2 E-charging stations at their disposal. You will receive a card from us, which will be used to charge for the kilowatt hours consumed.

Cleaning:

Upon request, we can clean your apartment during your stay. Will be charged additionally.

Dogs:

In case you want to bring your dog on holiday to the Kasperhof, it is necessary to enquire before booking. We do allow dogs; however, accommodation rates, cleaning costs (security deposits), and bonds vary when travelling with your pet. 

Electricity:

There is no extra charge for electricity.

Fridge Stock-Up:

Upon request, we can fill up your fridge before arrival. Simply include the fridge stock-up under 'extra services' during the apartment booking. We will get in contact regarding further details.

Hand Towels:

You can bring your own towels to use during your stay. We provide towels and charge EUR 3.- per person per towel. As soon as you want a fresh towel, please simply put it in front of your apartment and we will replace it with a freshly washed towel at no extra charge. You can include your towel in when booking your apartment.

Internet/TV/Radio/Safe/Hairdryer:

We provide wireless internet access available throughout our Kasperhof. In addition, every apartment includes a radio, television, safe, and a hairdryer.

Kitchen:

Your apartment  is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, as well as glasses, crockery and cutlery.

Lift:

Our guests can reach their apartments comfortably via our passenger lift. The apartment 5 "Zirbennest" includes additional stairs.

Nespresso Coffee Machine:

We can provide a Nespresso coffee machine for the duration of your stay. You can bring your own Nespresso tabs.

Payments:

We accept cash payments, EC-cards, or credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro).

Public Transportation:

The bus stop "Leonhardweg" is only about a 1-minute walk from the Kasperhof. From there it only takes about 10 minutes to reach Innsbruck's city centre, and 18 minutes to the train station.

Stables:

The Kasperhof is home to horses in our newly built active horse stables. The horses are all privately owned and not available for lessons. Unfortunately, we do not offer any horse riding lessons nor hacks. 

Smoking:

We are a non-smoking house. All apartments and common rooms are strictly non-smoking.

Ski Storage Room:

Store your skis safely in our ski storage room in the cellar. Each apartment also has an assigned locker including a boot dryer for you to use during your stay. The boot dryer is also convenient to dry your hiking boots during summer.

Transfers:

In case you are arriving via train or plane, we can organise a transfer to the Kasperhof. Simply include it in your booking, under "extra services". We will get in contact regarding the transfer to discuss the details.

Wash Room:

On the ground floor we offer a wash room including a wash machine, dryer, iron & ironing board for you to use. In case you prefer to dry your washing by hanging, each apartment except Top 1 & Top 2 also provide clothes drying rack.
