Cancellation Policy & Bank Details:
Cancellations and changes made up to 30 days before the arrival date are not charged. After that we charge the following percentages of the total booking:
up to 15 days before the arrival date: 50%
up to 7 days before the arrival date: 70%
All later changes and no-shows are charged in full. We do our best to keep cancellation fees as low as possible and if we find other guests for your booking, we will not charge you any cancellation fee at all.
Cancellations and travel insurance
To avoid possible extra charges, we suggest you take out cancellation insurance. You can ask without any obligation how much a travel insurance would cost you for your journey. Reservations and deposits
With your payment (bank transfer, credit cards) within 14 days of the reservation date the apartment reservation becomes legally-binding.
Arrival and departure
Your apartment is available for you from 4 pm. We ask you to vacate your apartment by 10 am at the latest.
You can pay your bill in cash, with an EC card or the following credit cards (VISA. Mastercard and Maestro).
