You can pay your invoice in cash, with a debit card, or with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro).

Your apartment is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. In case you are arriving earlier, please get in contact with us and we will check if the apartment is available earlier.
On departure day, the check-out time is 10 am at the latest.

All bedrooms include double beds. In case you are planning a family holiday with your baby, we will provide a baby cot for the duration of your stay (EUR 10 per stay).

Depending on availability, our guests have 2 E-charging stations at their disposal. You will receive a card from us, which will be used to charge for the kilowatt hours consumed.

You are welcome to bring your own towels. If you prefer to use our towels, we charge EUR 4.50 per person per stay. Should you need fresh towels, simply place the used ones outside your apartment door, and we will replace them at no extra cost. Please select the towels under “Additional Services” in the booking form..

We kindly ask you to contact us in advance if you plan to bring a dog on your holiday. Special rates apply for the stay and final cleaning. A deposit is required upon arrival.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Additionally, each apartment is equipped with a radio, a TV, a safe, and a hairdryer.

In the fully equipped kitchen of our apartments, you will find a dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, as well as plenty of pots, dishes, cutlery, and glasses.

You can easily reach all apartments by elevator. Only in Apartment 5, "Zirbennest," there are a few steps to climb.

You can borrow a Nespresso machine free of charge for the duration of your stay. Please bring your own capsules.

The "Leonhardweg" bus stop is just a 1-minute walk from the Kasperhof. This gets you to the city center in just under 10 minutes and to the train station in 18 minutes. Click here for the timetable information.

Behind our house, several horses live in the newly built active stable. This is a private stable with no riding school. Unfortunately, horseback rides are not possible.

We are a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments or common areas.

You can store your skis in the ski room in the basement. Each apartment has its own lockable locker with an integrated boot dryer. The dryer is also highly recommended for your hiking boots in summer.

The electricity cost is included in all apartments.

On the ground floor, you will find a washing machine and a dryer, as well as an ironing board with an iron. For those who prefer air-drying their laundry, each apartment—except for Top 1 and Top 2—is equipped with a drying rack.

Upon request, we can clean your apartment during your stay. An additional fee applies per cleaning.

Cancellations and changes made up to 30 days before the arrival date are free of charge. After that, we charge the following percentages of the total booking amount:

up to 30 days before arrival: 80%
up to 14 days before arrival: 100%

We charge the total amount for all changes made later than this, as well as for no-shows. We ask for your understanding that we must charge the full agreed fee in the event of early departure.

To avoid possible extra charges, we suggest you take out cancellation insurance. You can ask without any obligation how much a travel insurance would cost you for your journey.
